VELOUSTI’s current UK delivery pricing is configured in Shopify and will be shown at checkout when ordering opens.

UK delivery

• Standard — £4.99 for orders from £0 to £99.99.
• Standard — free for orders of £100 or more.
• Express — £6.99.

Carrier details and delivery-time estimates will be confirmed against the live checkout setup before Collection 01 becomes commercially available.

Returns

The final returns window, return method and product-condition requirements will be published here before customers can place an order. Applicable statutory rights are not reduced by this page.
